I hate snow.

The older I get, the more I dislike snow.  Even though I make money plowing, I wouldn't care if my plow stayed in my shop and I never had to hook it up again.

Supposed to get 4-8 or 8-12 with this current storm depending on how it tracks.  Hasn't started here yet, and I keep hoping it doesn't.

Can't wait until my wife retires in a couple yrs.  Planning on moving to Tennessee.

You and me both! I hate snow! We planned on heading south after the kids graduated, but needed to stick around, due to taking care of elderly parents...

I fully understand. My MIL is still with us. It's the one reason my wife will not move after retirement, and I would never expect her to.

I manage a Transp Fleet and am also the Safety and health Specialist at work. You can bet I am in the dislike group. If it wasn't for work it prob wouldn't bother me. But like Mowin the older I get the less I like it.

We are supposed to get about 10" here. Will be up at 4am to start the battle with it for the day.

Heard two long range forecasts today for a possible large Nor'easter around the 23rd as well. Ugh.

I could live without the snow as well, but find I dread it because like you I work the storms start to finish, and hours on after.  No complaints though, glad to take all the overtime.  We will be here until tomorrow night by the sounds of it.  I just picked up a nice hot chicken parm though, and I have my water jug, life is good.  I worry about Jenn up there but she is fine. 2-4” near the 17/84 area and east/south, maybe 3-6” here, 8-12” at home in the higher elevation.  Maine cabin is forecasted 10-16”

10-12 by me we already had 3-4 when I left for work at 5 so I’m guessing when I get home tomorrow I’m going to have fun getting down my driveway. Might be a park and walk and clean driveway first days. @Robhuntandfish I heard that as well about a possible storm next week also.  Told my wife you wanted a white Christmas now you’re getting one.

Snow doesn’t bother me , got a Subaru and a 4x4 truck , but being retired I don’t have to go anywhere when it snows .

We will head South for six weeks or so during the heart of winter . Stay through  the holidays then tuff  it out Jan. And part of Feb .

I always enjoyed a good heavy snow storm ,give me a three or more feet dump !
