Friday, February 2nd, House Bill 406, introduced by Rep. Cory Maloy (R-52), will be heard in the House Revenue and Taxation Committee. This legislation would prohibit the use of merchant category codes by payment processors to identify firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition purchases. Please use the button below to contact committee members and urge them to SUPPORT HB 406!
