With the big lakes not being frozen I’ve been targeting walleyes through the ice  for a couple weeks and the fishing has been spectacular.

Oh I see. I was looking under fresh water fishing. Forgot my glasses so was having problems lol. Forgot my warm hat and hand warmers to. Was not fun.  Still ended up with 7 fish. Nobody was catching anything. I think they wanted to push me in the river lol.

Funny story. I wasn't  paying attention  to where I laid my other rod, I casted and all I see is a brand new st Croix 7'6" rod and brand new penn reel go flying by me into the river. After a small panick attack I reeled up the rod I was holding and it was still attached to my lure. Almost got really expensive quick. 😆
