Utah: Gun Owner Credit Card Data Privacy Bill Passes Out of Committee

Yesterday, February 20th, House Bill 406 passed out of the the Senate Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Standing Committee and is eligible for a vote on the senate floor. This legislation would prohibit the use of merchant category codes by payment processors to identify firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition purchases. Please contact your senator and ask them to SUPPORT HB 406 by using the Take Action button below.
