Tuesday, February 27th, at 1:30 PM, House Bill 2762, introduced by Representative Rusty Grills (R-HD77), will be heard in the House Banking & Consumer Affairs Subcommittee. This legislation would prohibit the use of merchant category codes by payment processors to identify firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition purchases. Please use the button below to contact subcommittee members and urge them to SUPPORT HB 2762!
