Louisiana: 2024 Regular Legislative Session Convenes Today

Today, the Louisiana State Legislature begins the 2024 regular legislative session, coming off a successful session to address crime, where lawmakers passed NRA-backed constitutional carry. Governor Jeff Landry promptly signed it into law to make Louisiana the 28th constitutional carry state. During the regular session we anticipate both pro and anti-gun legislation to be introduced and it is critical that gun owners and sportsmen throughout the state stay actively involved to defend freedom.
