Indiana: Legislature Adjourns, Two Pro-Gun Bills Headed to the Governor

On Friday, the Indiana Legislature adjourned for the 2024 session. Two pieces of pro-gun legislation passed through both chambers and are headed to Governor Holcomb for his signature. The legislature approved House Bill 1084, The Second Amendment Privacy Act, prohibiting the use of firearm-related Merchant Category Codes, and House Bill 1235, providing protections for members of the firearms industry against frivolous lawsuits. Please contact Governor Holcomb by using the Take Action buttons below and urge him to sign HB 1084 and HB 1235.
