Nothing in that video shows the guy even knew the hunter was there.  

Even if he did, there really nothing you can do about it because you can't prove anything.

If it’s public then I would just let him know I was there like I do anyone else he has just as much right to be there as a hunter. Private I would tell him to turn and leave the way he came in and leave it at that.

True, I guess the context is if the guy is allowed to be there, and if the hunter has any right to run him off. I just assumed public land.

Ya, has to be public. 

No hunter that I know that hunts private would just sit there.

No different than a guy following his bird dog in the fall for grouse and woodcock during the fall archery season. Public land is what it is and it’s there for all to enjoy.

Indeed- I head straight for the Swamps  + Wetland/ Hardwood Fringes on MUAs.  You need some Physical  Conditioning  and no problem at all .

Some Hikers and Mountain  Bikers are not mentally  conditioned  to look for Orange. Even if the Man only has an Orange Hat On.

  Then again alot of Deer Hunters go in Full Camo even during Gun Season. Recently while walking up Indian Hill with ABBEY and going Pheasant  Hunting at around 10am- a Rifle Deer Hunter in Full Camo was walking down and preparing  to Leave.

Difference is our money bought that land, hikers and bikers should say a polite thank you and give him some space

I don't think the biker was even on a trail. Seems like he might have been an anti, and was purposely spreading his scent, and making noise, to ruin the guy's hunt.

I agree, but nothing in that video proves that.  So there was nothing he could do.

As a former mountain bike rider, to me he looks lost.  He's not aware of the hunter that we can see and seems to be looking for a trail he has clearly lost.  Been there, done that.  And I hunt as well obviously.

Most probably  don't.  I have said Hi to a number of Bow Deer Hunters dressed in Full Camo up in their Treestands when,I got within 40 Yards of their Tree and picked them out while Fall Turkey Hunting.  Most just stared back without a word or a wave.
