Kansas: New Gun Control Bills Introduced as Pro-Gun Constitutional Amendment Stalls

Gun control advocates in Kansas introduced four new anti-gun bills which have all been referred to the Senate Committee on Federal and State Affairs. Meanwhile, in the same committee SCR 1618 which would amend section 4 of the Kansas bill of rights to recognize the right to bear arms as a fundamental right has stalled.
