ATbuckhunter Posted April 2, 2024 Posted April 2, 2024 I thought long and hard about Boykins when I was researching dogs. Very good looking dogs and great hunters. They have certain advantages over labs and chessies. If I was a pure duck hunter, labs would be the way to go...but if you start to include uplands, the Boykins start looking a lot better. Ultimately I went with a Versatile dog for the pointing abilities. Joe T 1
