NRA Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Just two days before the Hawaii legislative session is set to adjourn, both the Senate and House chambers passed Senate Bill 2845 that prohibits individuals under the age of 21 from purchasing or possessing ammunition. The latest version of SB 2845, as amended by the Conference Committee, provides very limited exceptions to the new age restrictions for ammunition and will now take effect upon passage. SB 2845 will now head to Governor Josh Green for his signature.View the full article
