This week, anti-gun politicians in the Vermont House and Senate passed S. 209, "an act relating to prohibiting unserialized firearms and unserialized firearms frames and receivers." This bill, which mandates all firearms and firearm parts to be serialized and creates “gun free” zones around all voting locations, now heads to Governor Phil Scott's desk.
