Thank you. I ordered some Nosler brass today. Dang was it expensive!

It’s unreal. I bought a .257 Roberts last year ONLY because Nosler Custom ammo told me they “would always have it available”. I started with two boxes of 20 each, with 100 grain Partitions leaving the barrel at 3,000 fps. They shot great, but I’m down to one box and can’t buy that any longer as Nosler no longer sells direct from their custom ammo shop. A buddy will help me reload this winter, so I also needed to find brass. That’s where I went for it. Love the cartridge,  but wish it were easier to find ammo for.

Agreed! This sounds like a great reason to get into reloading yourself. As others will tell you, it’s not nearly as daunting as it seems to most. You’d not regret it.

I reloaded for many years with my father. But it’s been 17 years since he passed and we never had .257 dies. A buddy has everything I need and all I have to do is provide brass, powder and bullets. He has the correct primers.

anyway let me know if you still need

Nice offer. In my case, I ordered 50 rounds of empty Nosler brass (new) to add to the 40 rounds I shot from the two boxes I bought a couple years ago. I’ll be reloading soon.  Brass coming from Midway USA.

I was able to get my hands on 250 pcs R-P factory virgin nickel brass and have a bunch of mixed stamp brass as well

figured if you needed a few pcs to get you shooting

I am actually going to the range tomb and bringing both my Roberts savage 110 and a ruger number one RSI as well as a pair of 25-06 ruger number ones

The 25 cal is my favorite range caliber
