Nebraska: Ammunition Excise Tax Bill Heard in Committee

This week, during a special session of the Unicameral Legislature, Legislative Bill 65, which would implement a 5% excise tax on all ammunition sales in the state of Nebraska, was introduced and heard in the Senate Revenue Committee. The committee could be voting on LB 65 at any time.
