Looks good Jerry.  Happy New Year to you & your wife.

Nothing big here tonight; some stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer then NY strip steaks, broccoli and baked potatoes for dinner.    Once again, Danny Wegman wins.  :)

Oh and a couple Manhattan’s.

Had to cancel our plans for tonight, as my wife recently came down with Covid. She's been in bed for 3 days straight now. Been together for 35 years and I've never seen her so sick before. I've been playing nurse, while doing my best to take precautions not to contract it myself. UGH!! I've been testing daily since, negative so far. Her first time and I've never had it.

Caping. Not planned. But now enjoying the evening with Chicken Wing Dip and homemade pizza. Watching a tour video of a cruise ship we will be going on this summer. The young one is trying to stay up.

Not cruise people, but we will be on Celebrity Apex after we leave our condo in Sarasota the end of March with five  other couples .

Then next September a cruise in Greece . Myself cruises are not for me, but I’ll put up with it a few weeks a year .

Celebrity is a good line for adults. We’re going on Wonder of the Seas for a family trip. Probably taking the wife to Glacier National some point for a getaway. Cruises are easy for family trips. People can do what they want and it’s easy to do group stuff together or go alone for a few hours, etc. But I agree, I wouldn’t choose one as my first trip.

Firstly-gave my wife a clique kiss at midnight. Had our neighbors/second family over and did a second sort of Thanksgiving.  Deep fried turkey with my wife's homemade gravy, stuffing, carrot souffle, italian bread, wine/beer.  Had all the kids playing together and when they all passed out the adults stayed up bullshitting trying not to fall asleep and playing play doh sculpting charades (best 5 below buy yet)....my how priorities change for the better.

Ended up in the middle of the jungle at this artist's space.

70 metres per side and 12 metres high. Living accomodations below. There's a lake in the middle. I sat on that island at midnight.
