Swamp_bucks
Friend of mine has horrible shoulders and is looking to get the specialty permit so he doesn’t miss out on most of bow season. Is there a place to find the paperwork for it?
grampy
I don't have the link but just go to NYSDEC click on special permits.

I sent him the link after @grampy told me where to find it. Hope he gets it because he’s missed the last 2 October’s because he just can’t draw his bow even at 50lbs. Sucks because he’s only 38 but the years of farming and construction has screwed them all up. Rob-c and grampy

I was with him the day he injured his right shoulder and refused to let me take him to the ER. Walked around with constant pain and not using it for a couple months without getting it looked at. That was 15-18yrs ago in our early 20s. Edited September 4 by Swamp_bucks
