Crossbow question

Friend of mine has horrible shoulders and is looking to get the specialty permit so he doesn’t miss out on most of bow season.

 Is there a place to find the paperwork for it?

Thank you. I sent him the link after @grampy told me where to find it.  Hope he gets it because he’s missed the last 2  October’s because he just can’t draw his bow even at 50lbs.  Sucks because he’s only 38 but the years of farming and construction has screwed them all up.

Wow 38 , geez i thought  having to get it at 54 was bad .  The things we do to our body's always  comes back and  haunts us .

He’s at the point he can’t hold his arms level without holding anything so to stand or sit and draw just won’t work

Stubborn is the problem, told him for years to get looked at and now it’s gone by for so long it’s probably too late to fix either.  I was with him the day he injured his right shoulder and refused to let me take him to the ER. Walked around with constant pain and not using it for a couple months without getting it looked at. That was 15-18yrs ago in our early 20s.

Young and dumb is a very common phrase for a reason . We've all been there.

i got my exemption 30 minutes after i submitter to DEC website. 60+ years old and waiting for shoulder surgery, so Dr. signed temporary (1 year) exemption
