PaulNY Posted September 10, 2024 Posted September 10, 2024 Hello everyone from Binghamton. It's been a while, but I am getting back into hunting finally. I am 53 now, and as a disabled Veteran look to the woods for therapeutic relief. I look forward to learning from you all as I just moved to NY in 2015 and have lived in the southern tier for 4 years now. Robhuntandfish, Otto, Bolt Action and 10 others 13

PaulNY Posted September 10, 2024 Author Posted September 10, 2024 Thanks everyone. I’m interested in bow hunting, maybe some rifle as well. I used to be a die hard bow hunter and gave up for a while but am VERY excited to get back in the woods. I’ve been researching bows and equipment and man, technology has come a long way. This past weekend I shot the PSE Mach 30 and Matthews Lift. I want to shoot the Hoyt RX8 and Alpha X also. My last bow was a Bear and am not against getting a mid tier bow as well. I need to shoot some more and do some research. I look forward to learning from you all. grampy, Caeden4 and Belo 3

Small hike for you to get there but let me know. Hunting private land or state? PaulNY 1

I need someone to help me from the basics up to the advanced accessories and such. I plan on hunting both private and state, but more state. I got my hunting and fishing license last week, so that was the first step lol. Thanks so much Swamp_bucks 1
