Been meaning to do this forever.   Went thru all my tackle.  A little bit of everything.  Lots of walleye lures, bass, Northern Pike, musky, trout, panfish etc.   2 bags of soft plastics.  All goes as one.  Pickup only.  Located in Verona Beach.  $500 for all.   Also have this posted in other locations.

I'd hate to see the total retail price on those.

GF putting her foot down.  Lol.

Yeah I'm not gonna so I don't check myself into a clinic for it.

No she's good . I've wanted to do this for a while. I haven't fished like I used to in years.  Tournaments and each day every weekend.  For many years I didn't hunt at all just fished.  Stuff accumulates.

I know how much that stuff costs. (I got way too much myself) $500 is roughly 30% of actual retail cost! One smoking hot deal here folks!

See.....My name is grampy.....and I'm a lureaholic. I've been known to drop $1,000 a year on lures back during my tournament days. I have shelves of tackle. And my first thought when I saw this was to make a road trip to Rob's!!  :lookaround: There's no cure for me...... :whacky:

But.........There's no room for more without adding more shelves!! If I add more shelves, Mrs grampy will notice. If she notices.......well after her telling me for years "is all this really necessary"??? I'd have alot of 'splain'in' to do. And at this age, I just can't 'splain' like I used to.

So...... PLEASE! Someone buy these!!!

We are headed to the Saranac region today for two weeks and only taking kevlar kayaks, so I needed to be mercenary about what I packed. I limited myself to six rods and forty pounds of tackle lol.

I too seem to have a problem...

Building rods doesn't help. I've given away at least half a dozen  every year, my closest buddies have more rods than me, but then some new blank comes out that I need to try. If it makes a difference, five of the six rods are on NFC blanks - it's easy to tell what I prefer to throw.

Start factoring in L. Ontario trolling gear and it gets to be a rodeo. My wife is a saint, but there may be a similar sale coming up in my near future. Pay the addiction forward.

Thankfully, I get about 90% of my fish on lures I make myself (bucktail jigs) so my tackle costs are still minimal.  I usually only have to buy the bare hooks and they are still just penny’s apiece.

That said, sometimes my arms get sore casting so I’ll troll crankbaits on occasion.  Save me some Rapalas like this one if you have any and I’ll swing by to pick them up:

(I sent the wrong pic last time).  This is the one I broke off on the linker smallmouth.

If you could hold that sale for me I'd take it. Gotta see down payment for camp next season comes first. Son would love this collection
