ZAG
I’ll add Becker Meats in Wayland for anyone out this direction. Used them last yr and was cheap and good!! Everything was cut well and vacuum sealed like you were picking up steaks from wegmans! Skillet
The_Real_TCIII
In the north towns I highly recommend Chopped Lovin in Pendleton. I brought an early doe in there two years ago, it's a spotless shop and everything was trimmed and packaged beautifully. Think the opposite of the b&d shop... I prefer my butcher to have a parking lot full of carcasses baking in the sun under a blue tarp. Robhuntandfish
In Lewis county area I recommend millers. They are a FT butcher shop. Lots of options and very clean. https://www.millersmeatmarketny.com/venison-season In Madison county/Onondaga/Southern Oneida county I recommend Marsh Mill. They do one deer at a time and it's always super clean. Also a year round butcher. This place gets real busy. Opening weekend of gun I always plan on doing my own. https://www.marshmillranch.com/ fletchny11 1 "it's pointless for humans to paint scenes of nature when they can go outside and stand in it"- Ron Swanson

Were you in "the only show in town" in 3S? That scene is the reason I learned to butcher myself

Wildcat
In Nunda area I always use Grizzly’s Custom Cutting. Only place I have ever used that hang and age the deer before butchering. Makes a huge difference!! Won’t go anywhere else… jperch

Do you have personal experience with having a deer done there? I usually butcher my own but the one year I didn't have time and tried a processor out in Schoharie they totally mangled the deer.
