Northern Lights

Get outside tonight and check out the Northern Lights! They will be very visible the next couple nights.

I was just gonna post this same thing.  Looking too cloudy here tonight but supposed to be a great chance of seeing them.  I have tomorrow off and gonna get up early to fish the canal wall.   Might see them.  I have seen them before over the lake once and it was also in October many years ago.  Pretty cool. Didn't know what it was for a few minutes.  Waves of green light across the sky. Ending up staying out there for a couple hours.   It was a great experience.

Had some pink in the just night sky at about 745. Any chance it pops again tonight? Should have admired it more.

Pretty much at any time. This is supposed to be the best viewing in a long time here in NY.

We had some red here, but not as pronounced as some of your pix so far.  I’ll head back out later when it’s darker after everyone goes to bed.

I have a church across from my house to the north. The lights from that are blocking my view. 

May have to take a short drive?
