Butcher recommendations near Lake George

Second year hunting ADKs and hoping to be successful.  Just in case I get lucky in NY does anyone have a butcher to recommend in The Lake George region. Especially one that does specialty meats.  Thanks for any info.

The one I used by tug hill was bad.  Next one will come home.

We always do it ourselves.  Couple YouTube videos and it’s easy.  The wife actually loves to help!

Wish my wife new your wife. She won't even eat it if it doesn't have a price chopper label.

Same boat here.   She’ll be in Florida for the next few weeks so venison will be on my menu.  Need to finish up last years buck before I refill the freezer.
