Swamp_bucks Posted October 20 Posted October 20 My nephew that took his buck last weekend during the youth hunt can’t call in or use the app to register his deer. He’s been trying all week. The app shows he has no tags available and same with online/phone. He was looking through the app in the profile section and it doesn’t have his ID it has someone else’s. anyone have issues especially with youth hunters? I’m wondering if either some how his dads is in the system as his or someone else in his families or maybe someone knows how to fix the ID portion of it?

Wolc123 Posted October 20 Posted October 20 If he really wants to straighten it out, He will probably need to go to a regional DEC office. Computer glitches can’t be patched over the phone or with another computer because they lack brains.
Fab Posted October 20 Posted October 20 I had an issue a few years back took a live person to fix it. Funny. Dec referred me back to the company saying they couldn’t make the corrections on their end call Monday am

crappyice Posted October 21 Posted October 21 I had an issue with my boys when trying to get them in DECALS. They have lifetime licenses since they were 5 but never had them in decal so when we registered them, the system was recording them as "new users" and never gave us a way to register them via their hunter number. Called a number from their license I think (or may have been a decals number) and they cleaned it up Swamp_bucks 1
