Successful Pheasant Hunt/11-3.

   Good Friend Chris and,I got out on Public and took 1 Rooster Pheasant Each. 

   I almost hit a Buck this Morning also with a Christmas  Tree on his head heading for a Golf Course very close to Public where a good 7 Bow Hunters were parked on this Frosty Morning.

 I got some pictures coming up.

I went out yesterday for an hour and a half and got 2. There were more in the field, but I wanted to go deer hunting, so I let them go

I have just 1 over/under in 12 gauge.

ABBEY Had to have Surgery for an engorged  Left Ear from a habit of Shaking her head side to side.  Kind of a velcro Bonnet she is wearing there. I kept her on a long Leash. She found Chris's Downed Pheasant.   I got my Pheasant  alone. A Lucky Flush up and got a good lead on him. ABBEY now does not have to wear that Bonnet. After Rifle Deer Season,I will let her loose again for Pheasant  Hunting.

The shaking caused it or did she have a a grass awn and that why she shook? That’s not uncommon in hunting dogs.
