Stubborn1vt Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 I want to add a scrape tree to my 1/10 acre woods plot. There is no good tree to hang a grape vine in, so I am thinking of "planting" a red cedar. I can get info online and watch clips on YouTube, but I'd like to hear tips and experiences from actual hunters in the Northeast. Pics are a buck in said woods plot and a buck going after a red cedar branch I moved from an active scrape. Lil zeek 1
mowin Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 I've seen videos where guys pop a 4x4 in the ground and then screw a couple branches to that. Moog5050 and Stubborn1vt 1 1
escpen Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 I’ve used these with success. https://www.scrapefix.com/product/scrapestick/
