GencountyZeek Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 2 fox (1 not pictured) 1 yote last night. Shouldve been 2 yotes but I screwed up, I have my excuses all in order though. Started off good, then 3 properties in the Akron area and not a peep. Last property had yotes talking right away but they didnt want to play with us. Got home at 4am, will be back out tonight probably around 8. Headed south into wyoming county. LET EM GROW, mowin, Doebuck1234 and 3 others 6

Can't recall which ones. I play 1 sound for 5 min intervals then switch. I pause the sounds intermittent. Then I believe it's platinum grey fox for 5 mins. Then a lone coyote howl

Their preference can obviously change in a second though. Good luck! Teamhoyt 1

We're just targeting with whatever decides to show up lol it's definitely more frustrating then deer hunting lol How long should I run a distress call and how long before I switch to another 1

Wind is most important too. They will almost always try to come in down wind, make sure to have open field down wind far enough you can see a ways.
