Dec hunting app question

It never keeps me logged in , and with their stupid 14 character password, numbers, letters ,uppercase ,symbols,I either forget or mistype it . I thought cutting those tiny dates out on the side of the old tags was a pain .

So does anyone stay logged in ?

I have the same issue. I stay logged in, but when I go to report a tag it tells me that I need to log in. Must be a bug on their end they've yet to fix

Just tap on your name and should let you right in. If I hit log in it asks for that crap. If I tap my name it lets me in.

You should be able to auto save your log in and password on your end , so you dont have to remember it .

My name wasn’t showing up . I’d enter email, do reset password as I forgot , that was good till I tried a different time .

Ya my phone and iPad normally do that , I just use my thumb print ., not in this case though .
 

so I just did a test again after I reset everting yesterday, now , my name shows up and I can access everting . Prior I had to reset each time .

Well  it is a NY state system you’re dealing with , allways goes  to lowest bid . I know all to well , been a state employ for 9 years now .

the passwords requirements are so ridiculous that i now just hit "forgot password" and make a new one (randomly typed in letters, numbers, symbols) to get in each time lol

I've never had a problem logging in or reporting. I only report from my PC this site is one of the few I store a password. My PC is encrypted and has a VPN but I still don't store passwords that go to any accounts that I do money transactions on.

I just do it on the website.. it asks for your license ID number and DOB.

I had no problem registering my doe...although the WMU unit isn't displayed on the online tag so need the stupid paper one to compare doc number

Use a pass phrase instead of a password.

Something like Iwasbornonthe11th!

Easier to remember and safer (because the only thing that affects password security is length).
