Anyone know of a jerky processor in southern tier or Long Island?

Make your own. It's fun and easy. Start with a small dehydrator.

Before you look for a processor, try and research it if you can. It's pretty damn easy to make. Dehydrator, oven, or smoker. I smoke mine.

Agree. They are awesome. But, you have to wait for Jan 1 for certain products
