Good reminder Greg, glad you’re going to be ok.

A good friend had a stroke in September 2022 and is paralyzed on the right side, he’ll spend the rest of his days in a skilled nursing facility.   Only 64 years old.

Damn man glad you're ok!  Stay on top of it with the doctors.  Not a huge fan of meds but sometimes they're necessary, hopefully your genetic blood disorder can be controlled.  Good luck!

Glad your ok.  Pretty scary for sure.  My ex wife had a stroke this spring and she has had a long road to recovery.   She is 47 and was always eating right, drinking lots of water and active. You just never know.

damn. i guess you could say that's good news. strokes are never good. not a stroke but i know a young women friend who's younger than me that had to have her whole chest cracked open. she's 40, was pretty average but then turned things around and lost weight and lived very healthy. still it happened. with her background, she blew the whistle and said something's not right. if she didn't she wouldn't be here.
