The Indiana state legislature is starting to ramp up. Next week, House Bill 1074 legislation protecting firearm retailers from financial discrimination, may be taken up in the House Financial Institutions Committee. HB 1074, authored by Rep. Craig Haggard and co-authored by Rep. Hunter Smith, ensues firearm retailers in Indiana do not face discrimination because of the nature of their business.
