i learned a long time ago doing banquets that there's only so much money in the room and if they're spending that have to get something, even if it cuts into your net to gross. maybe some day i'll make it to this. kids are a little too young still. NDA needs to have a meeting to figure out what we're doing this year. Bowe will probably be asking about a donation to it.

John has had to step away from the State program due to his county duties. He may or may not make an ask this year. He's still doing 4-H Shooting Sports but isn't the asst. state coordinator anymore.

Formal invitations should be done by next week. No RSVP date, just when we sell out (250 tickets). I’ll share the invitation when our admin has them done. Would be cool to meet you there.

If you're interested in coming to the 4-H Banquet on April 12th, we still have tickets for the banquet, overnights, and you can even pay $10 for just the auction portion (no food, cash bar). Let me know if you'd like information.

If you're just wanting to come to the auction portion, then yes. We are asking for a $10 donation for a bidder card. Unfortunately we can't do at the door for the banquet since we have to have meal numbers into the venue ahead of time. Live auction starts at 7:30.

We're also taking Reserve Bids for all of the live and silent auction items. We'll have that catalog done in a couple of weeks. However, if there's an item you know you want to bid on let me know and I will get the reserve put in.
