Bird flu could be killing.off our wild turkey.  It's killing chickens so a suggestion has been made to stop its transfer to our wild birds.

My Dad was a chef and he always talked about how years ago he couldnt give away chicken wings.   They used to be almost a throw away.  Now they might be the most popular part.  .

Bird flu has also done a number on our grouse populations.
