Drawing 29” arrows carbon legacy 6.5s. 100 grain inserts & 150 grain head. I’ll have to test and tune but ought to be heavy enough. D97 string. Going to be tanning some muskrats soon, I’ll replace the string silencers with them.. if you tie flies they’re just like zonker strips, wouldn’t have bought them had I known

It is 40# @ 28” so you’re probably right @Lawdwaz. I’m a newbie to the stick bows to answer your other question.

So much fun it shouldn’t be legal…….

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh 😂

I love it!

Now ya have to cant the bow and bend at the waist.   👍

The mystical flight of the arrow-Uncle Ted nailed it.

Good luck.   You will feel a huge sense of accomplishment when you take your first deer with it.   If you plan on using a bow hanger, I always liked the stick on rubber arrow holder that pops of when you start drawing.  Unless its real cold, then be careful as I have had the situation where it pulled the nock off the string rather than release the arrow from the holder because the rubber gets too hard.

Done bare shaft tuning and ready for the fun part. 500 Easton carbon legacy arrows at 28 5/8s carbon to carbon with 100 grain inserts, 150 grain point & a lighted nock = 512 total arrow weight. May go down to 125 points but it’s RIGHT there. My muskrats tanned up good and the silencers do a great job. They look pretty cool too. End ones are back fur and inners are belly. Lastly, what’s everyone’s opinion on the feathers? All white all white all white? OR if it ain’t chartreuse it ain’t no use?
