Most likely.  But if it's someone that has claimed to stalk strutting toms within arms reach and were close enough to grab them, they need to be recognized as long as they can prove it.

The best turkey caller is the one who's looking down the barrel at the longbeards noggin within range of whatever weapon the hunter is carrying.

  There we go!

Awhile back a member on the Sister Site who saw one of my Utube Videos said my calling sounds more like-- Yak- Yak- Yak.

I guess- The Toms come in though.

The best turkey hunter is someone not on any media platform probably some ancient native American  that invented turkey calls for those that couldn't use natural voice.

As for.calling what we hear and Judge as a good call is meaningless in the woods . Turkeys are all different sounding and react to different pitches and tonation cadence individually. If you get a bird to answer and come in it's a great call.

Nope…..the problem is they’re afraid of their own shadow.   Danger can come from anywhere.   Unless they’ve lost their buddies in the fall or have love on their mind in the spring, it’s a tough bird to fool.

Sometimes the most vocal tom isn't the easiest to fool.  Boss birds seem to be loaners with subordinate toms following close by.  2 yrs olds are relatively easy to to fool.  It's the 3+ age that tend to be stubborn.
