Price is steep at $230. But for the futures it's not too bad if it works as advertised.
NYRturkeycall Posted January 13, 2023 Posted January 13, 2023 (edited) Looks very cool and interesting but this is what makes me sketchy from their website: It's not so much the access to the trail camera itself, as I'm sure nobody really gives a crap besides us Who's in the woods, it's the privacy notices that nobody reads and the complete access to your phone, videos, pictures, and anything else that you are unaware of when you click agree to all of their terms. You be very surprised how much access we give up on a daily basis Campark Electronics Co., LTD. OFFICE UNIT "B" ON 9/F, THOMSON COMMERCIAL BUILDING 8, THOMSON ROAD, HONG KONG I'll admit I didn't read the terms and conditions because I'm not going to purchase one. One of the main reasons I'm not an FB or any other SM platforms. NYRturkeycall 1

One of the main reasons I'm not an FB or any other SM platforms. Don't get me wrong, it's the same with every device that accesses your phone, like other trail cameras. I haven't read the terms and conditions for spy point or tactacam either, but they aren't a Hong Kong address . one is based out of the good old USA and one is based out of Canada. At least that's something to make me feel a little bit more comfortable lol. nywaw and mowin 1 1 Palma non sine pulvere

Keith Nehrke Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 (edited) A buddy of mine has a couple of these (not brand, but similar function) wired at his marina; guys who trespass sh$t their pants when he yells at them over his phone. He's always saying who just showed up to go fishing or work on their boat or whatever. Seems great for a business owner who wants to keep an eye on things. Overkill for my needs in the woods - I don't even use available video features. Now, if I owned land adjacent to something interesting...say the local gentleman's club...it'd be a different story.
