HUGE BREAKING 2A NEWS: Federal Judge Strikes Down Many of NY's Terrible Gun Laws...

I posted this in the political area, but this really belongs here. A huge 2A win in NY yesterday as a preliminary injunction was issued yesterday in a 184 page decision by Judge Suddaby in the Northern District in Syracuse ruling that many parts of the CCIA is unconstitutional. The no sensitive areas was a huge win for many of us.

The only surprise is that NY legislators tried to spit in the face of the Bruen decision. Justice Thomas was crystal clear in his majority opinion that states trying that nonsense would be quickly knocked down.  Today’s election will likely decide whether or not the state appeals today’s decision or let it stand.

I do believe there will more parts of it that will be found unconstitutional as well when it goes to trial.

I feel they will keep issuing executive orders :(
