A huge 2A win in NY yesterday as a preliminary injunction was issued yesterday in a 184 page decision by Judge Suddaby in the Northern District in Syracuse ruling that many parts of the CCIA is unconstitutional. The only surprise is that NY legislators tried to spit in the face of the Bruen decision. Justice Thomas was crystal clear in his majority opinion that states trying that nonsense would be quickly knocked down. Nontypical Posted November 12, 2022 Author Posted November 12, 2022 NY has filed a notice of appeal from the Second Circut. I don’t believe that they’ve requested a stay on the preliminary injunction though.
