Playing ice hockey (goalie-we're missing a few screws), mountain biking, beaching it down here and clamming in summer, NY rangers, soccer with my oldest little one, furniture making (mostly Adirondack style and tables-wife let me build our king bed from a photo and specs were spot on...we even made a custom stain/paint together that rocks Imo).. And obviously I would hope goes without saying spending as much time as I can with my wife and two beautiful daughters

Besides having a 12 and 9 year old with their own activities which I love going to my other interests are bowling and golf. It’s my dad’s and my activity together. He’s 73 this year plays golf walking the course 7 days a week. Bowls once a week and fills in for friends every once in a while.

As a family we try and get out camping as much as possible. Now a days it’s more like glamping as we have a 27 foot bunkhouse camper. We try to hit up state parks with area of interests. This year we are trying out the 1,000 islands and the Atlantic Ocean.

A bunch of good for nothings from the forum got me interested in reloading. I got a late start to it this year so I’ll still be shooting hand loads given to me by another forum member. They’ve already gone 4 for 4 on deer.

Eventually life will slow down and maybe I can get back into fly fishing and tying my own flies.

The 1,000 islands is one of my favorite places. We go there twice a year for vacation.

Do you know what park you're staying at? Kring Point is a nice one. Lots of good RV sites. Wellesley is nice, too.

Headed to Kring Point as a matter of fact. Site #1 if I remember right. No electric no water and no sewer. We don’t mind “roughing it” LOL. From the research I did I should be able to back the camper in and swing it so our door and awning face the river!

I coach football and golf for school, attend my boys crew regattas, football and baseball games and shot out events as well as my daughters choral concerts. Looking into a camper for the next 4 years to make our time chasing them around college events a bit more like home on the road!

Cooking is a big interest of mine as well.

Shed hunting, foraging for mushrooms, some golf in the summer

That's awesome man!!!!!!!!! Congratulations.... as everybody here will probably give advice Let me give you mine. Each one of my girls we had sleeping in their crib at 7 and 8 weeks and we put them to bed at the same time every night no matter what. 7:00 p.m. it was baby music or whatever thing we had for baby music, lights dim, rocking in the chair every single night at that time. Translate that to my 4 and 1/2-year-old still goes to bed at 7:00 to 8:00 every single night as does the 18 month old and both of them have slept through the night since they were seven and eight weeks old for 10 to 12 hours every night. The most important thing you can do is get them on a sleep routine. Oh and hesitate to pick them up the moment they start screaming. If they realize they'll do it for a little while without immediate attention, it helps them self-soothe when they wake up on their own in the morning, or even if they're just cranky. Just my opinion.  And the next important thing you could do is show them how much love that you have for them and be as patient as you possibly can. A lot of drinking will be involved lol. Oh yeah Pampers diapers Rock and Kirkland brand wipes are the bomb.

Woohooo!!!! Enjoy the ride!

I guess I can claim this for another month or so, but I’m the lead singer for a popular local country band, Big Sky Country. I’m hanging it up at the end of the year since I’m missing so much with my daughters. I had a good 6 years with them and got to play some cool stages. I still plan on playing some acoustic shows around to pay for my other hobbies.

I also enjoy canoeing, and have developed quite an interest in Muzzleloading, mainly sidelocks and the topics associated with it.

Congrats @corydd7 ! Being a father is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I hope you experience the same. I had my first (she’s almost 4) at 34, and our 2nd just turned a year.

Nothing special but I have a soft spot for vintage British MG convertibles..keeps me busy when not hunting.

I tried to fit in one of those one time. About had to have an amputation to get out of the thing :) They look like a lot of fun though.

Wait there's other things than hunting and fishing??? I don't get it.

Oh yeah in the winter I like to walk around and bitch about winter.

Other than that spending time with the GF, walking my dog, cooking for sure.
