Hawaii: Senate Public Safety Committee to Hear CCW Restriction/Reform Legislation

Today, at 3:00PM, the Senate Public Safety Committee will hear Senate Bill 1230. This bill is Hawaii’s attempt to ignore the U.S. Supreme Court’s Bruen ruling from last year, which affirmed the right-to-carry, and is similar to what other anti-gun states have passed or currently have active in their legislatures.
