Yesterday, the Constitutional Rights, Rule of Law & Government Operations Subcommittee voted to advance House Bill 543, the constitutional carry bill. It is now assigned to the Judiciary Committee, which will soon schedule it for a hearing. This puts Florida one step closer to becoming the 26th constitutional carry state.
