mowin
Tire was on my front porch last night, and gone this morning. Cams caught the action. Dam thing rolled 150' through the lawn into the woods. VID_20230211_190412215.mp4 farmer52, Cabin Fever, GreeneHunter and 3 others

If I didn't have the security cam, I wouldn't have found it until I mowed the lawn for the first time this yr. G-man and Bionic
Bionic
At least it didn’t roll into your vehicles. mowin
Wolc123
I’ve lost wheels from vehicles twice while I was driving. Fortunately, they were both rears, so I was able to maintain steering control. I was thankful that there was fresh snow both times. That allowed me to backtrack on foot, pick up the lost tire’s trail, and locate them. One ended up quite a ways back in the woods and the other one went into some shrubbery, right next to someone’s house. Each wheel was lost as a result of someone (me once) not getting the lug nuts back on tight enough. Both times, I was able to hunt down the lost tire, jack up the vehicle, steal a nut from each of the other (3) wheels, and continue on my way with no major harm done.
