Today I had to suffer the unimaginable pain of putting down my Weimaraner and friend of 13 years. Worst day ever. He’s been suffering for the last year, but he left this world with his tail wagging, horrible day. The new pup seems to be equally heartbroken as well.

So sorry for your loss. I know all to well the pain you feel. Dogs are as much a part of the family as anyone. Only time can heal those wounds but they never really fully heal. God bless

So sorry for your loss of Harley; take solace in the fact that his tail was wagging and he loved you infinitely every day. It's tough when we have to say goodbye to them but smile when you remember every little quirk he had around the home.

Very sorry to hear.  But be thankful that you got to spend his entire life with you.  I love my dog more than most people.
