I have LEO's that are friends. That old man I doubt was pulling a fast one on everybody. Whatever cop had a chip on his shoulder and gave that old man a ticket without using discretion is a prick and deserves to sit behind a desk in a cage filing paperwork all day. Better yet stripped as his uniform and tied to a tree in the town park by the other LEOs. That is if the video isn't trash fabricated garbage for a tv show.
