There was one final bidder I saw who was sending those ads and wasn't blocked yet.  Definitely taking advantage and submitting ads they shouldn't.  They're blocked now

Looks like they found a creative way to sneak in ads through another third party.  I took matters in to my own hands and wrote code to monitor the page for changes (i.e. an ad being inserted) and delete it entirely from the page if it's one of those ads.  Hopefully this works, you should see ZERO instances of bad ads like that moving forward.  If you see them, please let me know and I'll try to reproduce to identify them and update my code.
