Lawdwaz
So we all know fruitcakes are the Christmas punching bag but damn, we got one as a gift and it’s really good. Dad got it for us and it’s from Colin Street Bakery. It’ll take us a while to finish it but I think it will last a long time in the refrigerator. Robhuntandfish
I've gotten them before and they were actually pretty good as well. "it's pointless for humans to paint scenes of nature when they can go outside and stand in it"- Ron Swanson
crappyice
My mother in law gets my a small Irish Christmas cake every year...very similar but covered with almond paste and a very sugary frosting/icing. Oddly good!

Larry
You know there's only one fruitcake in the world and it's passed around. Rusty and Water Rat
bushbound
They really do have an undeserved bad rep. I wish I'd get one for the holidays.
