So One Deer per person maximum during any NY season? I don't shoot does, but can join then. Can you upgrade if you enter a buck and then shoot a better one?

 

EDIT - I see the upgrade rule now. I can pay via zelle or venmo, but don't have paypal. DM me? or post an addy?
