Where are all the hunters?

And we don't have any license caps in NY. We all get our bow and regular season tags. Many regions get unlimited doe tags. Someone getting a doe tag in a low prob wmu, doesn't stop another hunter from getting his or her buck tags, plus their either sex bow tag. Hell we all get a bear tag lol.

The numbers would be accurate, probably, it could be fraud. That stuff happens, just ask some people. The numbers are skewed if anything. As brought up, anti's buying tags to get DMP's so hunters can't. Also, if someone's wife buys a license for the hubby but she doesn't hunt, well, she's not a hunter, is she? On paper she is, but in reality she's just enabling poaching more or less.

Tag's aren't cheap. This isn't voting where anyone can do it without an ID. You need money, a safety certificate, ID etc. Even if it was broad level fraud for 15+ years in a row, it still shows that numbers are flat. 

What you're insinuating is that only over the last 3 or 4 years has this fraud grown to such numbers that it now replaces all the hunters who no longer hunt. And yet in 2006 none of this fraud was happening.

This is a state agency that accepts tax payer money. They are heavily audited. It just doesn't make sense and you all know it.
