Said it before and I’ll say it again. Too many mods can cause issues too. Nothing against rob.

That’s not how we roll. The NJ site has nearly 5,000 members and we run it with the site owner and with 4 main mods. We have 5 plus the site owner here now for a couple hundred (and growing) posters.  We also have a Moderator Forum where we stay on the same page when any issue arises.  We need to be cohesive in any moderation of the site.

Glad to help out here, though I'm still just a member like everyone else. Looking forward to seeing this place grow. I've made some friends for life over at the other place. And never met a member that I didn't like! Will continue that here too! 

As for the farm????.............there are no deer on it sadly.
